Not exactly what I expected

The breakfast buffet was impressive. pastries were delightful. The room was spacious and very well maintained, making it a great value for money.

The pool area lacked sufficient sunbeds, and mosquitoes were a significant annoyance during my stay, detracting from overall comfort.

Poor water pressure in the shower!!! Outdated bathroom fixtures could use a refresh!!! The wifi coverage has dead spots and lacks sufficient adapters for convenience in charging devices!!!

this place was absolutely not as described! lizards in my room and a shower that leaked all over, not exactly the 5-star experience i imagined. and can we talk about the lacking amenities? i really thought as a guest paying premium, i’d deserve a complimentary bottle or something, but apparently, that’s too much to ask. at least the pastries were nice, i suppose.

The bathroom had a broken toilet pipe that caused water to leak all over, while the TV screen in another room was completely broken. The dining options were severely limited, forcing us to seek food off-premises despite claims of an on-site restaurant. Overall cleanliness was quite lacking, with dusty rooms and stained bed sheets. During our stay, we encountered guests causing disturbances at odd hours, negatively impacting our comfort.

Chur, the pool was sweet as, but the Wi-Fi didn’t work in my room which was a real pain. it was an average stay.

this hotel is a really nice spot for a quick stay! the location is super handy for the airport and the staff are really friendly and helpfull. the breakfast buffet is yummy, with great choices. i loved the lovely swimming pool area too, it looked very clean and inviting. the grounds are well kept, it's like a little oasis away from the craziness of kuta.

also, had some trouble finding the place first since it's down a back street.
